"I am extremely disappointed with this office. A friend of my fiancée who works there initially reached out to provide us with a quote, and we ultimately took out both home and auto insurance through State Farm. For some reason, the primary communication settings were placed under my fiancée’s name, and this created ongoing issues from the beginning. We contacted the office multiple times to gain access to the State Farm app, set up autopay, and have me added as the primary account holder since I am the one who pays the bill. The only reason I discovered that our coverage had apparently lapsed back in December was because my fiancée was recently pulled over for expired tags that were barely out of date. No one from the office ever contacted either of us to notify us of a payment issue or to help resolve it outside of one or two emails to an account that she rarely uses. My email was never contacted and I check it daily. There were more than enough funds in the account, and all of our other bills draft without any problems each month. This situation could have been avoided with proper communication and follow-through, and I am very frustrated by how it was handled. Figuring out that we have gone months without coverage on our home or auto this way is insane. I don't recommend them at all. Find an agent that cares about whether their clients remain insured. That is how they make money, after all."
