He is always pleasant when I speak with him and has gone out of his way to find policies and services to help me save as much money as possible. He once found a policy to add to my coverage that actually reduced my payment! More coverage and less cost? I’ll take it! He always answers my questions and gets information I need of he doesn’t know the answer. I always wish my insurance was cheaper, but after comparing my cost to other insurance companies, I know I am getting the most coverage for the lowest price. Plus the roadside assistance service is saving me money - I no longer have to pay for AAA every year. And the roadside assistance coverage is great. I locked my keys in my car the other day and the app created the seevice, the service provider called me within 5 minutes and was there in 20 to unlock my car. He was very pleasant and I truly appreciated his timeliness or I would have missed a doctor’s appointment. Overall, I am very pleased with all aspects of my service with Ben Gritton’s office.
